COEP Pune
COEP Technological University is a premier public unitary university of the Government of Maharashtra, fostering technical innovation since 1854.
Established in 1854 as the Poona Engineering Class, COEP is a historic cornerstone of technical education in India. Spanning a 36-acre campus at the confluence of the Mula and Mutha rivers, it transitioned to a Technological Unitary Public University in 2022. Ranked 90th in NIRF 2025 (Engineering), it offers B.Tech programs in 13 specializations including Computer Science, Robotics & AI, and Metallurgy. The 2025-2026 placement season recorded a highest package of 52.57 LPA and a B.Tech average CTC of 12.0 LPA. Top recruiters include Google, Microsoft, Bajaj Auto, and Texas Instruments.
