⚠️ Important: You do not need to upload the marksheets, but you need the data (Roll Numbers, Marks, Year of Passing) to fill the form accurately.

4. Strict Photo & Signature Rules (Don't Get Rejected)

NBEMS is very strict about image quality. Most forms are rejected here.

1. Passport Photo Rules:

  • Size: Less than 80 KB (Recommended range: 10KB - 80KB).

  • Background: Pure White only. No dark or colored backgrounds.

  • Format: .JPG or .JPEG only.

  • Face: 80% face coverage. Ears must be visible. No Glasses, No Caps.

  • Real-Time Photo: The form will also ask you to capture a Live Photo using your webcam. Ensure you have good lighting.

2. Signature Rules:

  • Size: Less than 80 KB.

  • Ink: Use a Blue or Black pen on a clean White Paper.

  • No Capital Letters: Do not sign in full block letters (e.g., "RAHUL").

3. Thumb Impression:

  • Hand: Left Thumb Impression.

  • Pad: Blue or Black ink pad.

5. GPAT 2026 Application Fee (Price Hike)

The fee structure has been updated for the 2026 session.

Category

Application Fee

General / OBC / EWS

₹ 3,500

SC / ST / PwD

₹ 2,500

Note: Payment mode is Online only (Credit/Debit/UPI).

6. Common Mistakes to Avoid

  1. Blurry Live Photo: When the webcam opens, sit against a plain wall. If your room is dark, the AI will reject the live photo.

  2. Wrong Category: If you select "OBC" but don't have a valid Central List Certificate, you will be treated as General during counselling.

  3. Name Mismatch: Your name on the application form must match your Aadhaar Card exactly.

7. Conclusion: Submit Before Jan 12!

Do not wait for the last day. The server often crashes on January 12.

Gather your GPAT 2026 registration documents required, resize your photos using an online tool, and submit your form today.
