What is the NDA Exam?
The National Defence Academy examination is a national-level competitive test for undergraduate candidates seeking a career in the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. It is a dual-stage selection process: a written exam (Maths & GAT) and a 5-day SSB interview.

For the Army wing, a simple 10+2 pass from any stream (Arts/Science/Commerce) is required.

Board Percentage
UPSC does not prescribe a minimum percentage requirement in Class 12 boards to appear for the exam.
